These terms govern your use of RedLine, a PDF review tool operated by Terenc LLC and available at redlinedoc.app. By using RedLine you agree to these terms.
RedLine lets you open PDF documents, annotate them (comments, highlights, text markup, ink, and shapes), manage review tasks, and export the annotated file. Annotations are written as standard PDF annotations so your documents remain portable to other PDF software.
You retain all rights to the documents you open and annotate in RedLine. You grant us only the limited, transient right to process a document for the purpose of performing the operations you request. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to the documents you work with.
You agree not to use RedLine to violate any law, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, or to process content you are not permitted to possess.
If you connect a Google account, your use of Google services remains governed by Google's own terms. RedLine's handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time via your Google account permissions page.
RedLine is provided on an as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Because your documents and review data live on your device and in your own storage, discontinuation of the service does not deprive you of your files.
RedLine is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any document will render identically in all third-party PDF software.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terenc LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of RedLine. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty US dollars. Always keep copies of important documents.
You may stop using RedLine at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
